Position 1: Sales Representative – Agent Channel 

Who are we?

Khao Lak Scuba Adventures is one of the first liveaboard operators and dive centers based in the small holiday town of Khao Lak.

We have developed into the most trusted liveaboard dive tour operator running our own Manta Queen fleets for the routes to the Similan and Surin Island Marine National Parks – the world-famous dive sites located in Thailand.

We are searching for a Sales Representative who is excited to join our performance-driven team!

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving and/or exceeding defined sales goals and business objectives within agent channel.

▪️ Manage and respond to agents' inquiries to close sales, booking and payment procedures.
▪️ Develop new agents to achieve company's goals and targets.
▪️ Manage agent contracts and incentive schemes to drive sales growth.
▪️ Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales targets.
▪️ Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
▪️ Work closely with agents to ensure good relationship.
▪️ Develop agent communication plan such as newsletter and so on.
▪️ Develop and implement sales action plan to achieve sales target.
▪️ Understanding the psychology of agent customers and delivering a fast and easy buying experience to them.
▪️ Monitor and co-ordinate with marketing team to keep the company website up-to-date.
▪️ Provide monthly and on-request sales report and data tracking to the management team.
▪️ Visit agents regularly.

Qualifications

▪️ Strong sales skills and scuba diving knowledge with proven experience in the relevant role.
▪️ Excellent in English / proficient in Chinese and Thai would be a plus.
▪️ Fast learner and passion for sales.
▪️ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Position 2: Digital marketing & Webmaster

Someone who is naturally curious wants to be part of a business and marketing team that drives
positive results for customers and colleagues alike. This role is for a savvy site master and
marketer with the technical and creative skills to build and manage our website, implement and
report on user experience tests, and recommend changes that will lift on-site conversion.

Responsibilities

This role is for a savvy site master and digital marketer with the technical and creative skills to build and manage our website and all digital marketing implementation.

▪️ Manage and optimize easy compare, our website and related architecture, including our Google Stack.
▪️ Building site assets, landing pages and email newsletters.
▪️ Technical SEO program implementation, in partnership with our digital agency team.
▪️ Work with our digital marketing agency to deliver social content and target KPIs.

Every day you're:

▪️ Improving our digital customer experience, and conversion performance of our site and email programs through better design, copy & technology in line with our brand guidelines.
▪️ Creating new assets for use across the business, including new landing pages to support our advertising, digital ads, internal posters, social posts, and more.
▪️ Leading our SEO efforts in partnership with our performance agency to improve results from this key revenue channel.
▪️ Interrogating site analytics performance to identify opportunities to help more visitors get quotes and connect potential customers with our customer care team.
▪️ Managing the performance of our sites and taking ownership of the technical construct, including CMS, UX tools, analytics and responsive design.
▪️ Constantly testing ideas to improve site performance and conversion.
▪️ Co-ordinate with sales and education team, and our digital agency to create social content, calendar, and posts.
▪️ Being roped into all sorts of tasks. We're well resourced, but we're still a small team –we all get stuck in where needed to deliver our customers the best experience.
▪️ Supported to do your best work by a cavalcade of smart and talented colleagues, external marketing partners and a global network of marketers.

Qualifications

As a small team, personality fit is critical; we're looking for nice people who do great work who want to work alongside other nice people who take pride in their work.

▪️ Have a measure of tertiary education and 2-3 years' experience in digitally-led organisations.
▪️ You'll need to be able to master HTML and CSS and code in C#. Additional knowledge of PHP would be advantageous, though not essential.
▪️ Use design software to build creative assets.
▪️ Numerically literate and a basic understanding of analytics.
▪️ Deploy test and learn programs to improve site performance.
▪️ Be interested in e-commerce, user experience and digital marketing.
▪️ Be a good communicator and willing to pitch in when it's busy.
▪️ Understand how to use the Google stack, including Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize and more.
▪️ Native Thai speaking and business-level English.

Position 3: Online Sales Executive

▪️ Understanding the psychology of internet customers and delivering a fast and easy buying experience to online customers.
▪️ Monitor and co-ordinate with marketing team to keep the company website up-to-date.
▪️ Provide monthly and on-request sales report and data tracking to the management team.
▪️ Stay abreast of online marketing trends and competitors.

Qualifications 

▪️ Strong sales skills with proven experience in the relevant role.
▪️ 2-3 years experience in email selling.
▪️ Excellent in English / proficient in Chinese and Thai would be a plus.
▪️ Fast learner and passion for sales.
▪️ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
▪️ Scuba Dive Certification/knowledge would be an advantage.
