What to Expect
Manta Queen 5 skips the Similan Islands and dives only the more advanced northern dive sites. The marine ecology in this northern area is amazing, colourful schools of fish, coral reefs, and endangered species that welcome divers like the Whale Sharks or Manta Rays. Look out for such photogenic little critters as ghost pipefish, sea moths, frogfish, ribbon eels and many different nudibranchs. Koh Bon and Koh Koh Tachai, members of the Similan Marine Park, are first visited en-route to the farthest and world-famous dive site of Richelieu Rock in the Surin National Marine Park. Whatever your scuba diving pleasure might be, the Similan and Surin Marine Parks are the dive destinations that will satisfy your desires and give you the trip of a lifetime.
The Food on Board
KSA Liveaboard is proud to offer the best tasting Thai-European Fusion Cuisine, freshly prepared by our onboard chefs on the whole Manta Queen Fleet. Our catering options can be adjusted for vegetarian/vegan divers as well. The use of Monosodium Glutamate is banned on all of our trips. If you are allergic to nuts or other food ingredients, please notify the staff during your check-in. All meals on board are served freshly cooked from the onboard kitchen. Snacks and fruits are served in between dives.

Reviews

First trips of the season.
Pick up was smooth because we read the emails and had contact on whats app. Fabian is spot on with all his communications.
Xavier Trip leader with his team, Tik, Chris, Ann, Monja, Nik.
Had a great trip with my cousin on the manta queen 1 boat for 4 days and 4 nights.
Cannot complain about anything because the value of the trip is outstanding and for sure you get what you pay for. In a few years i will return again.
The dives sites and safety was great, the briefings were fun and informative.
The most famous site Richelieu Rock was outstanding.
Barracuda schools were amazing along with the amount of fish.
Have a great season and see you again. (Sam and Adam)

I also did my PADI Advance open water during the trip, my instructor Matteo took us for additional dive so we can practice our skills in calmer water. Being a new diver, I have also learnt a lot from other instructors on board. There are always food and snacks after every dive! No wonder its Dive, Eat, Sleep! The Thai crew on board are really helpful with our every dive! Overall a really good trip with KSA that I would recommend!

We were on the Manta Queen 1, great vessel, lots of space, food great, accommodation basic but good, great dive staff and local staff on the boat.
I went on my own and was a bit sceptical on what it would be like, this was the first dive trip of the season, I thought all the dive staff were very good, you have 4 dives a day, 3 meals a day plus snacks, everything was organised very well and I met some lovely people on board who I will keep in touch with.
If you wish to go on a live aboard, I would definitely recommend this Co without a doubt.
