In calm seas the speedboat can reach Richelieu Rock in one hours time. Offering spaces for only 18 divers + 4 dive guides per trip, thus guaranteeing more comfort and a higher level of service for our clients.

Richelieu Rock (Whaleshark Hot Spot)

Thailand's best dive site, rated as one of the top 10 in the world. A submerged pinnacle in the ocean between the Surin Islands National Marine Park and Kuraburi Province.

This pinnacle is covered by countless purple soft corals, hard corals and sea anemones. The tiniest creatures are at home here such as seahorses, frog fish, peacock mantis and harlequin shrimps. Look into the blue from time to time as Richelieu Rock has always been a Whaleshark and Manta Ray hot spot.

Min. qualification for dive:

• Richelieu Rock is the most advanced dive site in the area. Rough seas, low visibility and strong currents can affect the dive site. Therefore Khao Lak Scuba Adventures requires a minimum of 20 dives and a day diving with us at Similan Islands before diving "Richelieu Rock".

Price Includes:

Divemaster Service (max 4-1 ratio), full set of dive equipment, Similan or Surin National Park fees and diving fees. Transfer from your hotel/resort to jetty and back. Food, fruits and snacks, water, soft drinks, surface marker device and accident insurance

Own Equipment 400,- Thai Baht discount per day
